We run a database of skiers and their equipment. Looking at the table we get a pretty clear view of brands biathlon pro skiers use most. I do not say that using the same skis like Martin Fourcade make you as a good skier as he is. But at least you will get a good feeling that you have the same brand like he.
We looked at the top 50 skiers in Biathlon skiing as of 24th of January 2017 as published by the International Biathlon Union. We calculated the brand numbers separately for men and women just to make totals at the end.

Fischer is strongly holding more than half of the market. 53% of thirty top biathlon men pros use Fischer skis. Less than half of Fischer skiers are using Rossignol skis. Rossignol, therefore, holds the second position with a safe distance from third Madshus. Salomon and Atomic are closing the ranking of brands in men biathlon skiing.

We can say, that Ladies Biathlon competitions can be called Fischer open championship. Astonishing 70% or 21 out of 30 top ladies biathlon pros use Fischer skis. Rossignol keeps second place, Madshus third place, and Salomon fourth place.

Generally, the position of Fischer on cross country tracks are very strong. However, their dominance on Biathlon tracks is overwhelming. You will hardly find such dominant position of one company and its brand in any other sport.
Rossignol and Madshus are ranked as number two and three. Salomon and Atomic are also taking part between top biathlon skiers, however, their position is very weak.
