ROSSIGNOL BLACKOPS
Rossignol introduces a new freeride ski collection for the 2020/2021 season. Oops, they call it “ride free” in its marketing slogan.
“Rossignol Ride Free”
Rossignol BLACKOPS went through extensive refresh and will be available during the 2020/2021 season. The full range consists of 11 different ski specifications for freeride, free touring, and all-mountain skiing. The exact sizes, technologies, and weights are in the tables below.
The new BLACKOPS range will be “eco-friendly.” The construction of skis is from wood cores in combination with a recycled top, base, and edge materials. Rossignol even shows how much material on each ski is recyclable.

FISCHER RC4 2020
Fischer has two major news for the upcoming 2020/2021 season. The first news is to abandon the old way of distinguishing between skis for men and women. Now, the only factor for picking up the right skis will be height, weight, and skiing level. All skis will be open to all skiers no matter their gender. Some models will be offered in two colors to satisfy the different tastes and needs of customers. Ski boots will be adjusted to different foot shapes with multiple widths, heights and flex ratings.
The second news is the introduction of the new Fischer RC4 Alpine Skis. RC4 2020 edition offers a new shape for better control and also a new racing plate for smoother turns.
Fischer brings also new RC4 Curv ski boot series with proven Fischer iFIT Low Volume for the perfect fit.

We mentioned Atomic Redster Skis in our top alpine models for the 2019 season article. Redster skis will be one of the most prominent models even in the upcoming season. K2 MINDBENDER
K2 snow was always strong in manufacturing all-mountain skis. It prepared a new Mindbender line for a new season. It came in two versions, the classic one for men and the alliance for women. They are very similar in skiing features and differ just little in sizes. K2 Mindbender skis are universal for freeride, all-mountain, and also piste skiing.
K2 Mindbender has a special Carbon Spectral Braid system (patent protected) that uses the altering of fiber orientation along the length of the ski. This system and Torson Control Design improves the maneuverability of Mindbender skis in all snow types. Moreover, it does not decrease the stability of the skis. K2 Mindbender skis are very responsive and agile.
A lot of skiers appreciate K2 minimalistic but very impressive design. Mindbender is not an exception, all of the models of those series are unique. I like the 115C Alliance for Women with the pink and black color combination most.
